1. Expedition Agreement
These Expedition Rules ("Rules") define your journey through SunriseMaples, including all treasure hunts, challenges, and community features (the "Adventure"). By entering or participating in the Adventure, you acknowledge you've read, comprehended, and consent to abide by these Rules. Should you disagree, you must depart immediately.
2. Adventure Platform Nature — Zero Financial Risk Exploration
SunriseMaples provides high-speed treasure hunting expeditions for pure entertainment and social connection. No real currency wagering occurs or is permitted. Virtual coins, points, tokens, or other digital collectibles earned during expeditions (collectively, "Adventure Assets"):
- carry no monetary value,
- cannot be converted to cash, merchandise, or real-world rewards, and
- remain confined within our adventure ecosystem.
Expedition outcomes are designed for entertainment purposes only and carry no financial implications whatsoever.
4. Expedition Guidelines and Behavior Standards
Your participation in the Adventure is limited to personal entertainment and social engagement. You pledge to refrain from:
- engaging in activities that breach laws or regulations;
- manipulating challenge outcomes or exploiting system vulnerabilities;
- employing automated tools, cheats, or unauthorized third-party software;
- disrupting expedition servers or community features;
- introducing harmful code or malicious content;
- harassing fellow adventurers or impersonating others; or
- attempting unauthorized access to expedition data or accounts.
We reserve the right to investigate violations and may suspend or terminate expedition privileges at our discretion.
6. Adventure Assets and Progress
Adventure Assets and expedition advancement are licensed privileges that may be altered, limited, or withdrawn at any time. We make no commitments regarding maintaining specific levels, rankings, collections, or features and assume no liability for loss of Adventure Assets or progress (including instances involving maintenance, technical issues, resets, or account actions under these Rules).
7. External Links and Services
The Adventure may include references or connections to third-party platforms. We exercise no control over and accept no responsibility for external content, policies, or practices. Your engagement with third-party services occurs at your own discretion.
8. Platform Disclaimers
THE ADVENTURE IS PRESENTED "AS AVAILABLE" AND "WITH ALL FEATURES" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY NATURE, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. SPECIFICALLY, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSES, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM BUSINESS PRACTICES OR USAGE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE EXPEDITIONS, NOR THAT DEFICIENCIES WILL BE RECTIFIED. The Adventure involves no financial gambling, offers no real-world prizes, and provides no cash redemption. Adventure Assets and accomplishments hold no monetary worth.
9. Liability Limitations
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, REPUTATION, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE ASSETS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR ACCESS OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE ADVENTURE. OUR COLLECTIVE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS UNDER THESE RULES SHALL NOT EXCEED, IN TOTAL, THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) FOR ADVENTURE ACCESS DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE INCIDENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
10. Expedition Suspension and Conclusion
We may pause or terminate your Adventure access at any time, including instances where we determine you've violated these Rules or applicable legislation. You may request expedition closure at any time through the website's contact section.
11. Adventure and Rule Modifications
We may adjust or discontinue Adventure components at our discretion. We may update these Rules periodically by publishing revised versions within the platform. Your continued participation following modifications indicates acceptance of the updated Rules.
12. Governing Legislation and Jurisdiction
These Rules are governed by Ontario provincial laws and Canadian federal legislation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Ontario, Canada courts for any disputes arising from or related to the Adventure or these Rules.
